      Hands on experience when it comes to producing Work with high profile clients Big name to have on resume

      Cons

      Disastrously understaffed and do not compensate the workers they are already overworking Favoritism. Talent over all other employees. Have a number of young employees/former interns being called back to work for free out of shear hope the company will hire them again. Yes I said for free. Work overtime, but can only clock in part time hours and will get reprimanded if clocking in the overtime hours you gave to the company Want a meeting with higher ups? Good luck.

      Pros

      Management is very lax and honestly lazy so you can get away with a lot. The company is a monopoly and that fact pervades the corporate culture. Cool office.

      Cons

      Low pay, Tedious unimportant work that honestly does itself. Extremely disorganized. No training program to speak of Completely unprofessional team lead and supervisor.
