Pros

Great perks, great team members. Management locally does seem to care.

Cons

Low pay No raises Too many administrative duties when your living is 100% commission. Won't pay for gas driving around to make them money. Doesn't match 401k. Won't allow for 100% remote work. Must go into office.

Pros

The schedule is not rigid.

Cons

Everything requires a meeting and 20 layers of red tape. They don't reinvest in the core business any more. They spend a lot of money on office remodels, but not a lot on audio equipment. Raises don't happen.
