Pros

Free Concerts, great people to work with, Talent was great to work with!

Cons

Wanted to rise up the radio ladder, hard to do that when industry is dying. The low hours and less time practicing in the studio after COVID didn't make staying feasible. Also wasn't in it for the concerts.

Pros

flexible schedule, large team of young adults, laid back

Cons

messy management, often set up to fail with old equipment, some coworkers who don't care about their jobs and make you work 2x to supplement, erratic schedule and hours, poor pay, not much room for growth
