Pros

People, Free Tickets to events and concerts, Teaches you how to sale in a fast paced environment

Cons

100 percent commission, the rich get richer and the poor gets poorer (aka management does select favorites), not a supportive environment stealing sales is common, firing employees on a quarterly basis, too many middle management positions

Pros

If you have a passion for radio, iHeart is a great place to be. They have the latest technology and talented people.

Cons

For a communications company, they don’t always communicate very well. The pay is atrocious and raises are unheard of — even cost of living raises. The company culture can be a bit cultish.
