      A lot to learn, especially in the digital world, which constantly growing and evolving.

      Pros

      Tickets to concerts/sporting events. A lot of fun/extroverted people from all over work in radio; radio is a fun industry, but iHeart wouldn't be my first choice if you wanted to get into the business.

      Don't get paid enough for the work you're doing. Management. Company is bankrupt.

      you can only go up once you're not working for them anymore

      Cons

      - managers couldn't care less about how it's going outside of work and hate when you take a day off - 0 employment days the first six months is laughable - old, conservative thinking views, makes sense because it's radio which is dying but managers are convinced it's the best medium in the world - 100% commission salary LOL - 6+ meetings per week talking about how great and thankful everyone should be for working at such a "stellar company", pep talks which turn into managers tooting their own horn - all solid accounts have been taken for 5+ years, it's impossible to build a book of business with an outdated sales process and outdates products. - expectation to lie to customers to close the sale. Yay iHeart!
