Pros

Free concerts at work. Good place to get your foot in the door for future jobs.

Cons

Severely underpaid in comparison to industry standards. Leadership was highly unprofessional. Certain leadership members would openly joke about topics such as fellow employee family issues in front of colleagues. Same folks would also divulge information such as employees who were on the chopping block for lay offs. Very off putting. Good name to have on your resume, but not much upside otherwise.

Pros

Fun, lots of opportunities to go places for free, majority of the staff was funny / goofy. Didn't feel like work a lot of the time.

Cons

terrible pay in all departments. I was close enough with the on air talent, and some were paid less than me. no growth opportunities.

Pros

Uncapped commission, inbound leads, good CRM with Salesforce, most of management was awesome and easy to work with.

Cons

A lot of favoritism there....people who put in minimal effort seem to get handed some of the best accounts consistently because they are well liked. No room for growth. One person was promoted within a 3+ year span.
