Pros
Great products and stations in every radio cluster. Large national footprint with ability to sell advertising on other stations.
Cons
Regional leaders are deceitful and untrustworthy. The benefits and healthcare plans are minimal and leave a lot to e desired. There is often not enough help in the field to fully accomplish the necessary tasks that make the business operate smoothly. Employees are treated poorly, lead by fear and often with a "be grateful to have a job attitude." I was so excited to join this company and now I just want out. Lots of promises and very little delivered. No wonder they are in such financial trouble. So many great-field level people that are paranoid about their job security and futures.
