Pros

The perks of attending some events.

Cons

There is no room for growth. They don't allow employees to enjoy all the events, even when they work them like dogs. They don't take care of their employees as they should. Some of the upper management make racist comments. They allow employees to get harassed either sexually or verbally. They have preferential treatment on employees that they consider attractive. They don't uphold themselves to any of the management training HR corporate assigns. They don't adhere to LEGAL breaks without badgering employees. They sweep a lot of the unfair treatment under the rug.

Pros

Free Tickets. Not much else

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, no raises, bonus plan a joke, very bad SR Management at the local level. Eventually caused me emotional instability which lead to some very real personal problems.
