      Pros

      People are mostly friendly. Management is well-liked. Benefits decent.

      Cons

      Corporate management aloof to concerns of regional offices, especially small markets. Pay terrible by industry standards for lower level employees while higher management compensated well. Not even paying a living wage to full-time employees.

      Pros

      Good place to work if you have side projects. There are ebbs and flows in the amount of work that comes through, so you do have weeks where you'll have time for freelance work, or be able to take off early. They also pay well, as long as you request said rate upon being hired.

      Cons

      There is no room to move up in the company. Don't expect bonuses, a pay raise, or a change in title. No guidance from superiors, so not a great place for entry-level designers to learn. Conservative mind-set from a creative standpoint. Don't think outside the box. Lack of communication between departments, leading to ill-prepared, last-minute creative.

      Horrible Company to work for

      Pros

      I became stronger and made some friends that have the same comments. I found out the dream company I wanted to work for has the worst reputation, for high turnover, and treating their sales people like slaves.

      Cons

      Horrible management, no training, all big accounts are taken treat employees like slaves and too many non sense reports
