Pros

Flex day scheduling, nice area, free catered lunch once a month, summer picnic, holiday party, great culture, friendly people, very good development life cycle, usually get recognized for achievements and hard work, semi-laid-back pace and usually get early release on days before a holiday, some room for growth into management.

Cons

Low morale due to a lot of people leaving after shifting from .NET to SalesForce. no additional training tools to keep .NET skills sharp, promotions and raises rarely come, health care benefits getting worse, SalesForce development experience is sub-par compared to .NET, still have applications written with old software (VB6, ASP, old and unsupported versions of 3rd party tools) that won't be upgraded anytime soon.

Pros

It's THE place to work if you want to work in radio, since they own pretty much every radio station out there.

Cons

Horrible morale in the company, because everybody is constantly looking over their shoulder to see if they're the next person to get one of Bob Pittman's Christmas presents, also known as a pink slip. Fewer people are being asked to do more work for no extra money under the guise of "you should be happy you have a job," which is a phrase I, and many of my fellow employees heard on more than one occasion. It doesn't matter if you're actually good at your job, if you make anything more than minimum wage, your head is on the chopping block. I guess they have to pay for those corporate jets and mist tunnels somehow.
