Pros

Looks good on a resume Work from home Coworker relationships

Cons

Low pay No growth You won’t get a raise and then they will drop you without a care in the world. Despite being praised and working hard, you will likely never see a raise, or be strung along by higher ups (Grant Geissinger) that they’re “working on it”. Don’t work for the COE/ HUB. This is a place where you’re expected to go above and beyond for low pay. I worked there for two years and never saw a pay increase. Then, I got laid off with no warning in a 30 second phone call. They didn’t tell the managers, so they had no idea the layoffs were happening. Overall terrible experience and I would not recommend this company or job to anyone.

Pros

Hybrid - 2 days in office Free Meals Tue -Thu Free Parking Downtown Off early on Fridays 401K + Health Benefits (high cost) Flexible schedule for doc appts, and such

Cons

The future of this company is in shambles, financial statements tell you all you need to know! No career growth No bonus No annual raises, you will not receive a raise in this position, EVER OT opportunities are taken away or limited Poor management Toxic work environment Upper management will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better You are treated like a number & they make it known There's no career growth bc they want this position to be high turnover so they do not have to give out raises no matter how long you've worked there or how successful you are in your position, I worked here for over 2 years.. Good luck taking a vacation, you'll be expected to schedule content weeks before your trip in order for your accounts to be covered.. essentially work OT without pay so that content is constantly posted.

Pros

Easy commute, seeing radio personnel daily.

Cons

Favoritism, lack of representation in the account sales executive & management roles, dead end sales leads in sales force, low pay, was lied to about the job role, you wont get much help from management if you’re not one of the favorites or apart of the club.
