      there are no pros of working at iHR

      Cons

      They lie that we have best work life balance, absolutely 0 work life balance, overworked. No one cares for real hardworking talent, only those got preferred who can butter there bosses get favored. It was one of my worst decision to join iHR Poor Management, terrible leadership, they don't care for there employees Don't waste your time with them, look out for better employers who care for there resources.

      The people are great and it's a great learning experience.

      Lack of vision and constantly changing priorities Lots of turnover in the digital org Lack of transparency from leadership Little thought on employee retention besides cash bonuses Lack of Digital strategy just a lot of dollars spent on acquisition and partnerships to inflate numbers Lots of time spent on tactical low impact changes and firedrills Little focus on innovation and learning, they value a truly top down approach Layoffs and org changes frequently

      Diverse and engaging work loads Inclusive and accepting community of engineers Educational material is company expensed

      Cons

      Bonuses were promised and then reneged 401k mentioned and then never offered/activated No immediate or coherent plans to return to offices Terrible employee termination policy
