Pros

Exciting marketing products to entice prospective advertisers

Cons

Overworked, constantly changing direction. This organization has a mistrusting, non-collaborative, fear generating culture which comes from the local top management and corporate leaders. Age discriminate. Local top management is divisive, support double standards, subversive. and manipulative. Sales leadership have negative nicknames for employees and other managers.

Pros

-Occasional free concert tickets -A lot of free food -The office is spacious and well organized -Celebrity appearances and being able to watch short music performances in the lounge -Great office views

Cons

-Regular layoffs. We had a layoff bingo chart while I was there. -Everyone has an overwhelmingly large workload due to the fact they're having major financial problems and can't afford a large staff. For such a large workload, the pay is incredibly low. A lot of people are doing the job it once took 3 people to do. -Raises and bonuses are completely off the table. -Training is very minimal and there's no system in place for it. -Hard work is not at all rewarded or recognized (unless you're one of the few people being favored) and the lack of gratitude for employees can be really upsetting. For as much as I did, I never once felt appreciated or accepted by my boss. -There is a huge problem with favoritism and ostracizing employees. That was the most upsetting part. -Most people on my team barely talked and disliked each other. The company did nothing to encourage us to be friends and feel comfortable with each other. -The president of the company deliberately leads by fear and it creates an extremely toxic environment. You then have the problem of other men in the office trying to mimic his behavior and that creates even more toxicity. -A lot of people who work allow the company name to give them a big head. Not the most modest group of people you'll find.
