      It’s a job. No opportunity for growth. Got a raise of .03 per hour after 4 years and had to be told because I didn’t notice.

      Decent office space, minus the open floor layout

      Cons

      Mass layoffs, huge debt before filing chapter 11. Often you'd meet with people that were in office locations that were completely gone a week later, due to layoffs. Management has no clue what they are doing, and even less about what they need to do. Gross over spending on frequent lavish company dinners, but no budget to take care of emplpyees Benefits were abysmal
