      A great place for engineers to learn and grow

      Pros

      Strong engineering management cultivates young talents. Autonomy and openness to try new things keeps stacks current (Scala, React, Kotlin, Swift, etc all in the cloud). Digital team has access to the rest of the company. There is a great chance that the code you wrote today will be in front of millions tomorrow. Lots of training opportunities and social clubs to help develop both skills and relationships.

      Cons

      Moving fast means some tech debt, without discipline you can rack up a lot. Benefits could be improved.

      Pros

      Free tickets, that's about it.

      Cons

      Horrible Management, pay raises non existent, terrible benefits, unfair and unrealistic expectations, no recognition for achievement but miss a budget once in a blue moon and watch what happens. Direct supervisor cared only for himself at the expense of everyone else.

      Pros

      Always something to do. Loads of technology to try. Open to scalable and creative solutions. Compensation is pretty competitive.

      Cons

      Can't overcome the feeling of a boys club mentality here. Can easily find yourself overworked, with little/no reward. There is often a lot of blaming and less solving going on whenever there is a problem. Micromanagement from the highest levels has been seen on many occasions, to various co-workers. Kind of unbelievable actually.
