Not all managers treat their employees that way. There is a huge lack of training across the company - I believe there is extensive training for sales, but that is the only department. For most departments, absolutely ZERO training. No career advancement opportunities. And I think one of the most grating things, completely unequal treatment in both employee relations and pay. Certain employees are allowed to do whatever they want and are given whatever they want; others are completely dismissed - sometimes within the same conversation/decision. There are totally different standards depending on what you do and who you know.

Minimum wage for everything except sales basically, hosts don't respect and actively bully you, you're reminded of how expendable you are but people who deserve to be disciplined aren't.
