      Low Pay, Hard to Work Up

      Pros

      Remote work - although they are now requiring client success teams to travel in office even if they don’t work with or report to anyone in the local office. Healthcare, but expensive 2% matchback on 401K

      Cons

      Low pay No reward for hard work Good luck getting a raise No perks unless you work in a lenient office - most offices have gotten rid of the free concert tix

      Pros

      Fun job getting to work behind the scenes for multiple different radio shows. Fun people and environment.

      Cons

      the only downside would be lack of career trajectory and low pay. I always had the opportunity to work more hours if i wanted which was great but it seemed as if you would not be able to move up from the bottom.

      Did not see a full bonus. I got a partial bonus on my last year there. They also do not promote or give raises.
