Pros

Flexible work- life balance. Concert tickets. Co- workers are your ride or die.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch. Company has no loyalty and will let you go with no notice. Constantly changing the job responsibilities, then wonders why performance is down. Pushing activity instead of sales is killing culture and morale. You will never be paid what you are worth. Outsourcing is a major problem and no one wants to admit it.

Pros

Work life balance. Event tickets

Cons

This is one of the most disorganized and unsustainable sales environments I’ve experienced. Leadership lacks consistency, direction, and accountability, which creates constant confusion around expectations and performance. The compensation structure is unstable and frequently changes, making it nearly impossible to plan or build reliable income. After the first year, the role shifts to 100% commission with little support, placing all risk on the rep without providing the tools or structure needed to succeed. Despite high expectations, sales representatives are undervalued and treated as replaceable rather than developed. There is no clear path for advancement, and the role ultimately feels like a revolving-door, entry-level position disguised as a long-term sales career. While it may provide basic exposure to sales, it is not an environment that supports growth, stability, or long-term success. Don’t believe me? Take a look at the company stock.
