Cons

-Don't expect to move up quickly in the company, if ever -Pay is terrible ($10/hr is not enough for all of the work you do) -Unorganized at times -Thankless job -Blamed for things beyond our control

Pros

Pretty much none except the fact management doesn't care and you can pretty much come and go as you please.

Cons

Low pay, horrible benefits, like pulling teeth to get tickets for a show even though I worked with the national broadcast team, poor management and that starts at the tippy top all the way down to your supervisor, they have a low score on here for a reason.
