Pros

-Access to special performances and unique opportunities to work closely with artists -Variation in work to keep things interesting -Being able to interface with different types of people and give them experiences they can't win elsewhere

Cons

-No room for growth -Favoritism. Managers were clearly only hiring their friends for promotions -Working over 5 years in the same position without a raise or talk of upward movement
