Pros

Perks are great... you get to go to concerts all the time. Health Benefits and 401k.

Cons

Very difficult to move up. The company still has an "old-school" mentality and gender inequality is real. Also, the environment can be very negative at times.

Pros

great technology and tech team. 'halo' effect of being part of music business and some perks go with that.

Cons

a lot more can be done to advance the 'digital' efforts if given the leeway to truly be disruptive. too mired in 'old school' thinking. lack vision.

Pros

For the most part pleasant surroundings and good, knowledgeable colleagues to work with. Good 401-K and vacation/time off benefits.

Cons

Very little regard for loyalty to the company and tends to use up and spit people out. Extremely poor and expensive health benefits.
