Pros

State of the art equipment. Employee fitness center in building.

Cons

Company absolutely refused to promote me even though colleagues told me I was doing a great job. They seem to view all board operators as identical, not realizing some are better than others.

Content Director

Business Outlook

Pros

You get to create amazing content, meet interesting people, and see the inner workings of a great team of people who are out to make the best radio in the business.

Cons

There is no money, no advancement, no promotions, no raises. If you are hired on as anything below the executive level, you are going to be there forever at the rate you were hired. However, you will, over time, get more and more responsibility and duties to a point where you are doing no less than the work of a full team 5 or 6 digital people would be doing, for that same pay.

Long hours, short-staffed, no work life balance, sales & management has no respect for support staff.
