Pros

Opportunity to be on air in multiple markets Owns Powerhouse Station brands

Cons

Below market rate pay Not even cost of living raises Very well known, heritage local station brands pushed aside as secondary. All focus, resources & energy go into national "iHeart" brand

Pros

No micromanagement Flexible schedule Great health benefits, 401k was great when I started but the match stopped not long before I left Excellent company provided resources for client engagement. Top notch sales training

Cons

Rates set at corporate level. Many sales pushes for corporate events that aren't set with local needs in mind. Too many syndicated shows that don't always get ratings but I guess must save the company money having to produce local shows.
