Pros

Colleagues at your level are great, cool office environment, recognizable stations, brands and events. If you like doing the same thing everyday without any praise and only blame, this is the place for you!

Cons

Utter lack of growth opportunities, zero training, learning or development courses or programs. Performance reviews only began this year, so good luck looking for a pay raise, bonus or promotion. Management defaults to the blame-game vs. supporting their team. Benefits are horrendous, so please don't get sick or plan on retiring anytime soon. Culture based on intimidation and blame, not team work and a positive culture.
