Pros

Staff was great to work with. Interessting job.

Cons

Management did not care about office staff. Only interested in the bottom line.; unless one were one of the chosen few. No raises for office staff in 5 years and sales commission cut every year. but sales goals were increaded. Office staff cut to the bear minimum. No reward for takingin more responsibility.

More Than Radio -- A True Marketing Company

Pros

Clear Channel Media + Entertainment has incredible internal systems and resources for sales, a full array of industry-leading digital resources, and has sound leadership directing the company. Salespeople who are able to drive rate increases and who can sell digital solutions have an opportunity to be handsomely rewarded over and above the standard commission rate on every piece of business that they sell. There is still a feeling that the company is vested in delivering excellent programming options to the community at large.

Cons

Base compensation packages lag behind the industry leaders in the broadcasting field at the management level. The insurance plan is expensive for an employee for a company of this size, other broadcasters offer similar or more complete coverage for a substantially lower price to the employee.
