Pros

Flexible, casual work environment that still manages to be fast-paced and exciting.

Cons

Employees have been told flat out that the company "does not do cost of living increases." Read that twice before you consider working there. Employees pay the full cost of most benefit/insurance premiums and the coverage is still terrible.

Pros

Clear Channel has many resources at their fingertips. They are the biggest radio group in the country and have a lot of power in each market.

Cons

Don't expect to make a lot of money at this company, and if you do, don't expect to be there long. No market is safe, past performance no longer matters. In fact, if you've earned your way to the top, and the raises that go along with success, you are more likely to get whacked.

Pros

It's a large company with branches in many areas of the country.

Cons

It has a philosophy of taking money from its successful stations, and instead of using it to maintain infrastructure, equipment, etc. it is used to buy up more stations, while employees work in facilities with broken equipment and computers, where stations are frightfully understaffed overworked and underpaid.
