Just to say to got to work at popular radio stations A free hot dog at a fair event

Cons

No praise No respect Last minute schedule changes with no concern of personal time Paying minimum wage to individuals with degrees Major Favoritism Thinking having one DJ in 20 cities is good Firing people all the time No promoting to people who deserve it Did I say favoritism? Did I say bad pay? Did I say unethical management decions?

Flexible hours, good people around you as an intern, fun staff events and concerts. Great place to meet connections for another job

Cons

poor management at the time. no real insentive to work there. unpaid internships are not the best way to get the best people working for you
