      Fast moving environment Great exposure to radio Good Benefits Radio works for clients when done correctly Fun people

      Cons

      Commission cuts are the only thing consistent, there is never a win for the sales team, No one left to get answers from, so many cuts in the building you can't get anything done, poor results and under delivering to clients promises with promotions, Upper management is unprofessional and they don't care about their people Went from a sales professional to a micromanaged cubicle slave - - No loyalty or room for growth - they got rid of the only good manager we had and reps are exiting consistently. Poor working enviorment.......Moral is very very poor False promises and lies.

      Not a stressful enviroment! Clear direction from management. Not over-whelmed with information from diffrent sources of management. One fluid line.

      Cons

      Atmosphere is more hierarchy than Team oriented. Pay is low!

      -Exposure to the radio and advertising industries -A variety of meetings in which to learn and absorb information -Clear Channel's focus on staying abreast of the latest technologies -Collaboration among stations in various Clear Channel markets -Expression of creativity within the broadcast / entertainment industries -Great fringe benefits such as free concert and event tickets to employees when available

      Cons

      -Salaries tend to be on the low end of the scale -By working at Clear Channel, you are contributing to their very selective support of players in the American Political arena. These issues will be encountered when working with any media company, however.
