Pros

You can be in and out during all day and nobody ask you reason why you're leaving or so. Flexible schedule. Good company to work.

Cons

Pay based on commissions. Percentage of commissions are to low and the major accounts are assign only to one or two account executives.

Pros

If you are good at your job, then you can make a decent amount of money since it's a commission based job. Some of the senior reps are really great to work with and will mentor you if you show them you are willing to work hard. If you are making your numbers, then their isn't a thumb on you all the time and you have a lot of freedom.

Cons

In my office, the sales people do not have any sort of expense account, gas compensation, etc. There are no bonuses given for making your monthly and yearly budget. Also, they have changed the commission structures, which we all know is never done for us to make more money. For being sales driven, they aren't doing much to reward the ones making them millions of dollars each year. Favortism directs a lot of the behavior in the office. It seems like the "rules" only apply to certain people.
