      Pros

      Nice environment and mix of personalities between on air staff and support personnel. Most people like their jobs because you are a big part of the community.

      Cons

      Absolutely NO feedback from upper level management regarding job performance until something bad would happen and then all hell would break loose. Only feedback comes from co-workers.

      Fun work ebvironment, on the forefront of new technologies.

      Cons

      If you work in sales, it is sink or swim. Training is almost non-existent. The mentality is that you are born salesperson. If you are not, it's not worth their time to teach you.

      Pros

      Great networking opportunities and learning experiences. Promotions offered and generally given to the ones most deserving of advancement. Lots of free food and promotional items.

      Cons

      A lot of talk but no walk. New policies and cutbacks force people to double and triple up on work without compensation or even thanks. If you work here and feel overwhelmed, LET it affect your work and they'll help you. If you kill yourself to get it done all they see is that you got it done, and miss the sacrifice you made of your health and well-being.
