      Pros

      Maybe the name recognition on your resume. In the media business its like saying you worked for Dell in the computer business. Good place for someone out of college to start. But not so much for experienced professionals.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Most of lower management has been there for 10 - 25 years with many of them unhappy of being there and it trickles down - they realized that they have no where else to go.

      Great colleagues, good salary, allowance & expense account.

      Cons

      Crazy hours, with certain times having to work past midnight. Unfair behavior shown sometimes by certain parts of senior management with no clear explanation given for certain actions taken.

      Pros

      Monopolized markets create earnings opportunities. Clear Channel has grown to have some of the best resources in the industry. No other company can offer the opportunities in the short term that Clear Channel can.

      Cons

      No longer community or employee oriented. Clear Channel has forgotten what made them and the rest of the industry successful. Talented people going above and beyond to get the job done are no longer a part of this company. If you are not a corporate drone with no original thoughts, you don't want to be a part of the sompany. Seek out opportunities with smaller broadcasters, you will find a more enjoyable experience.
