Pros

Some of the workers in the company are great to work with. Having a large corporation on your resume Potential to make LOTS of money if you come in at the right time

Cons

Too many to name. I truly think that the last handful of reviews are fake because there was never any reviews like those until recently. Just my two cents. Turnover rate is very high in just my small office. Micromanaged Treated unfairly Commissions are extremely low...even though they say they arent compared to other media...but they are. I left for TV amd have already made more money No incentive to go above and beyond and when you do there is no praise or return Policies only benefit certain employees And are only enforced in certain situations Reps can be spoiled and expect their income to stay the same when they lose accounts, so everyone else who picks up the scraps have no room to grow Little guidance Training is poor- just throw you on the road to cold call Turnover rate is very high. Just look at the reviews.

Pros

Great resume builder, Gain knowledge of all advertising mediums

Cons

Extremely overpriced inventory, No advancement, Huge lack of support from management, Horrible pay structure, Cliquey (don't be an outsider!), Catered toward older reps, Can't have an opinion/voice - you're always wrong High turnover due to all of the above. Working for a company and a management team that doesn't have your back is a tough environment to work in.

Pros

Clear Channel Radio San Antonio provides a great atmosphere that allows for a pleasurable and fun work experience. Employees get to participate in station events and mingle with tons of entertainment artists.

Cons

There is a great lack of pay for the Promotions Director position, likely because so many applicants are waiting in line to take your place. Additionally, there is little room to move up within the company within the Promotions/Marketing department.
