Pros

Lots of fun, good experience, good role for a college student

Cons

they allow you to shadow other jobs and learn all aspects of the company but the people who are in their roles don't often leave them leaving no room for new employees to move up. this role is one that you cannot take without a secondary income

Pros

The talent is great and you get to meet a lot of new people.

Cons

As my headline states, you are a number. They don't care about you as an employee. They will say they do all day long, but when it comes down to it, they only care for money. Which yes, they're a business, however, if you want people to do well, you don't sit at a desk with your feet up on your cell phone, you take a page out of Mark Cubans book and get your self out there with your team. Stay away.
