Pros

Some great people to work with

Cons

Despite your dedication and taking on additional roles/responsibilities there is a 90% chance you will never receive a raise. The company always seems to "be not in a good place to give raises" yet spend outrageous amounts on "employee benefits" hardly anyone uses.

Pros

Cool company to work for

Cons

Nepotism is in fact well and alive here, not too many people of color creates a hostile environment. Low pay

Pros

- Experience in broadcast radio

Cons

- no work/life balance - micromanaging when the position stated "hybrid" in the job description, and in my contract. shortly after arriving at iHeart they tried to reverse this. - passive aggressive and inappropriate behavior among upper management - ageist workplace bullying
