      Office space and equipment isn't too bad.

      Cons

      -Terrible design direction that is primarily dictated by the owner and inexperienced middle managers. -If you are a designer in the Orange County area, it's my responsibility to let you know to stay away from place if you care about your craft. These design positions created here are pixel pusher jobs without any care or respect for the design process.
