I have been here about a year and I have to say this is is by far one of the best organizations I've had the pleasure to work for. The Backend stack is quite open. It's mainly a .net stack but management is very supportive in leveraging the right technology to provide the best solution and this is not limited to windows and Microsoft technologies. The teams are highly collaborative and this makes for a great work environment. We have monthly company events and this make another great reason to work here, the company definitely spends time and effort on provide great morale. The gym facility is great along with personal training.

Cons

So far I am happy to say I can't provide any cons as my experience has been great since the hiring process to present.

Owner was Great ... treated all employees the same . Benefits were EXCELLENT !!!

Cons

Favoritism within the departments. Managers giving passes for scheduling fractions . Racism towards people of darker color .
