      Pros

      Clean, climate controlled warehouse environment with a focus on using technology to improve the customer experience. Management appears to be very accessible and is open to new ideas and perspectives.

      Cons

      Changes can occur quickly and with little notice. Overtime demands can be sporadic and extended.

We take great pride in offering a temperature controlled facility in addition to Managers that are attentive to their hardworking team members. We defiantly hear your improvement feedback and will ensure that we pass this along to the appropriate business unit. Although, very inconvenient, it is a great sign to our employees that our business is and has been in rapid growth mode for over ten years now.

      I’ve been working for iHerb for a little less than six months, but what I have seen so far is that this is a great company to work for. - Great work/life balance - Great leadership and levels of management - Company is growing at a rapid pace opens opportunity for growth - Incredible team members that work well together - Amazing work environment - Great benefits
