Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are glad to hear that you thought the benefit package was excellent at iHerb. We also appreciate your favorable comments about the owner. At the same time, we are concerned about your statement about management behaving in ways that are not fair and show favoritism. We will follow up on these matters and are welcome to hear more information from you if you would like to provide it.

Pros

A good company. For the most part they treat their hourly assoicates with respect.

Cons

The senior level management staff does not treat all members of management equally. If you are not one of favorites you often feel left out.

We are happy to hear that you feel team members are treated with respect and overall the Hebron facility is a good place to work. Regarding Senior Management not treating all members of management equally, this feedback will definitely be shared with this group so that they can ensure the remaining management team members do not feel this way. The intent of the senior Management team is to treat all levels of employees equally and with respect at all times. Thank you for your valuable feedback.

Through Temp Agency

Pros

Air conditioning, SOME neat co-workers

Cons

If you are a temp and clock in even a minute late, you will be penalized for it. Regardless if your supervisor says you get a 3 minute grace period. They will lie to you to keep their numbers up. They never call break on time. You should get 2 1/2 minutes before break is called, you're lucky if you even get one. If you leave before break is called by a lead or supervisor, they will pull you aside and talk down to you. They play favorites with the faster workers and tell other employees to favor them.

We are so sorry that you had a difficult experience while working for a temporary agency. Since you worked for the agency and not for iHerb, we recommend that having direct communication with the temp agency is key to a successful work experience.
