Pros

. Great benefits in health insurance so you can use it for your mental issue consultation while working there. . A lot of useless restricted stocks because they cannot be traded of cashed. It all looks good on paper. . Work from home is the best benefits right now. However, it will not last long because some dev teams are going back to office now.

Cons

. Infrastructures are not stable. I am not sure why the SSL/TLS certs can expired without notice at infrastructure team. The upgrade of infrastructures can break the whole system in Production without proper testing. . No coordination between teams. when infrastructure fails, support team always pointing finger at Dev and you will be good at DevOps as a Software Engineer. . Demanding work loads because you have to support production issue which occurs frequently in iHerb.
