Pros

There is a ton of talent across the technical organizations whole working underhanded intentionally. Product design and cross team collaboration is smooth and easy. Learning new techniques and applying them throughout teams is at the discretion of tech leads.

Cons

Business direction has no sense of products to work on as a private company. Constantly ignoring team requests for more help while instead applying cuts across the org expecting increasing features I wish unreasonable timelines. This was due to a large cut earlier that removed several PMs that supported business and engineers with measured expectations.
