1. As others had mentioned can learn new technologies. 2. Can reach managers easily, no walls. 3. Unlike many other companies, they don't impose whatever they see outside. let it be technical or entertainment. Which is again a overhead to employees. They have what is required, just work and fun. Thats cool......

Cafeteria if improved would be good
