No learning. Will not recommend

Pros

Initially good but quickly went downhill. Working on a client project but no work really. As long as you are billed, you are just fine.

Cons

There is no learning and there is no energy in the workplace. A lot of people seem to be leaving to better companies. The benefits are so-so and the pay is below average. Technically there is nothing new. My manager seems to be a nice guy but technically he is a dud. If you want to slack off and still get paid, this is the place to be!

Worst employer - They fake reviews

Pros

Nothing to brag about. Sometimes, the job is interesting. The technology is very outdated and the support staff are a leach.

Cons

The management has no clue what they are doing. They pay less salary to non-visa holders. Check out the kitchen notice board for salary information once you join. The management is all Indian and they only look for Indians to promote. If you are being hired, reach out to former employees and get feedback before joining. HR provides the worst service. Its an open secret in the company that they fake reviews. The offshore coordination can become very taxing and can be a drag on your quality of life.

Smart people but HR and pay sucks

Pros

Lot of smart people. Plenty of stuff to learn from people around you. If you are fresh out of college and looking for some experience, you can give it a try.

Cons

very low pay (at least 20-25% lower) compared to other companies in the redmond/ bellevue area. HR pretty much non existent. There is no sense of professionalism with HR. Days and weeks go by before you hear back, even after multiple repeated reminders. Client deadlines can be overwhelming. The healthcare is literally at the bottom of the barrel.
