Some people are great, others do nothing

Pros

Some of the co-workers are very good, and it can be great working with them.

Cons

The environment quickly changes. The CEO had a time period where he drove his Segway through the halls. Raises are often promised but are never delivered. Cutbacks are extremely common, but only a select few get promotions and raises.

Pros

My co-workers were awesome. We had fun, learned and grew as individuals. When I first started, there were monthly lunches, free snacks and extra holiday time. When I left, these were all gone.

Cons

I spent almost 5 long years at "the lab". It started out fantastic. Tons of oerks. Year after year the CEO would go on a trip and come back with a new "vision". Each time, the perks would be taken away. Communication became worse, people became bitter. It is truly a toxic place to work, especially for a software developer. You will never receive a spec and very little info and then will be told it is wrong.

Please read this review carefully for hints about what motivated this person to write this. Please don't apply if perks, snacks and extra holiday time are the factors you use to determine if your job is valuable. I've said this in my last response: In today's fast moving environment you cannot be afraid of change and you cannot expect the status quo to be good enough. Unless you work at Microsoft or Oracle we don't build software anymore, we build websites that allow users to access data and perform tasks. The old take a year to write a spec and then start building something is dead for most every competitive company. We live in a different time where hard work, creativity and thinking outside the box is the norm.

Pros

The co-workers are great. The friendly atmosphere among most of the employee's is great.

Cons

Four 5 star review in 4 days? Good job forcing your people, yet again, to give glowing reviews of your constant mismanaged business and management attempts Keith. This dog and pony show of "strongly suggesting" that your current employees give you possitive rankings, whether it be on Glassdoor or the various crappy iOS apps (LifeClip) to help mask the reality will only last so long! What a joke! Keith, you lay off people to make a "good business decision", ie. Save money. Then flaunt your trip to Hawaii. You always hide behind the statement that you had to let people go who were not preforming. Funny, it was the CEO, Keith Latman's poor performace that squandered money and resulted in massive layoffs to stay afloat. A good leader looks at himself for the failures and does not point fingers at his employees. The only GOOD FAIL is when Keith Latman is no longer the CEO! If you are considering employment here, run for the hills!

Pros

This is a company that is committed to be #1. Whether it's the tools that are developed, customer support offered to our clients, and our client relations, the CEO is passionate about delivering the very best experience. I have read the reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. The office IS nice. My co-workers are driven, and completely committed to delivering the best experience for our clients. Our products are "Next Level", which means they are continuously getting better and changing. Working in an environment that's creative and is pushing the boundaries, requires passion. If you are a driven, committed, TEAM player that wants to hone your craft to be a leader in the field, then come on! If not...

Cons

The only "Con" that comes to mind, and it's only for some people, is change. For me, I embrace change. It means we're growing and becoming better, pushing our own limits and creating new boundaries. There may be some that aren't comfortable with that.

This one is kinda our favorite because we don't have IT support. I wonder if these are being written overseas under contract or through Craigslist ads...
