      There are no pros to working with this company.

      Cons

      The owner creates a hostile work environment. No savings plan. Favoritism is rampant. Senior management is dismissive and there is no teamwork at that level.

      Extremely diverse and skilled team, a great group to work with. Employees come from different perspectives and backgrounds, enabling a dynamic and interesting workplace. Unique methodology that truly no one else in the industry offers. Opportunity for junior employees to really learn and take ownership at a much faster progression than in a large company. All levels work together on projects to deliver superior insights for our clients. Flexible, friendly atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. Senior team has been working together for 15+ years, speaking to strong relationships and stability.

      Cons

      Being a small company, we fight hard for every new project and new client. Like any other client-service oriented position, there are crunch times.
