      Great Company for Career Growth!

      Pros

      I love working here. Every day is different and I learn something new every day. Co-workers and Management are easy to get along with which is important since we are a smaller company. (Less than 20 employees). Being a smaller company there is not a lot of red tape so you can grow your career as fast as you want. I love the flexible schedule and being able to work from home on Fridays. Summer hours are always a hit with employees.

      Cons

      Since it is consulting the hours may vary. One day I can be busy and the next day not, so everything evens out. The co-workers make it great when things are busy because we always have a lot of fun!

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable and helpful coworkers and management. Great place to learn the industry and necessary skills. Standing desks.

      Cons

      Noncompetitive pay especially when compared to the many MR firms in the region. Heavy work load with no recognition of accomplishments. Burnout is apparent, with many working weekends regularly and holidays. Growth opportunity is minimal, and the lack of company culture provides a stagnant work environment. Company only subsidizes insurance if you are single. Adding a spouse on the insurance will run you $1200+ a month and even more with kids.

We are also pleased to hear that you enjoyed the standing desk that we ordered for you. This past year we held a number of company outings. We went axe throwing, golfing, bowling, and we had a wonderful holiday dinner party. This past year we also implemented “Work from Home Fridays” and Summer Hours. Summer Hours begin the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Employees also worked from home the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. We offer 3 separate medical plans for employees to choose from. None of our family plan options cost $1200 a month. It would be helpful to know where you received this erroneous information from? Again, our goal is to ensure our present and past employees are happy, thus we take your feedback very seriously. We’d like to learn more from your experience!
