Pros

There is a real commitment to seniors. The atmosphere is pretty laid-back in typical Colorado style.There is a really strong relationship with most of the customer base.

Cons

Technology is a word that is thrown around a lot, but is at least ten years behind the curve. A completely misogynistic environment, this is a fraternity house and unless you are the type to jump up and down for frat boys, this is not an environment for women. The key management players are also ions behind the technology curve and borders on dishonest.
