Pros

Because the product that these folks make creates such wonderful adventures for loved ones experiencing dementia, it has created a positive culture that encourages creativity, continuity and fun! Management and staff have mutual respect and it shows in everything that they do.

Cons

Corporate office is in Centennial Colorado and I would like to have had more contact with the team there.
