A tale of two companies.

Pros

Camaraderie among co-workers. Despite all its problems, the company manages to hire some great people. Unfortunately many end up completely demoralized.

Cons

Out of touch leadership. The exec team and managers pretend they want input, but the reality is if you're not part of the "in-crowd" or one of their cliques, your opinion just doesn't matter. Some people set up for success and untouchable, others set up for failure and always at a disadvantage. Constant blame-games and politics among departments, while completely ignoring obvious problems (and people, especially in key positions). Decisions get made in a vacuum, with no one validating the assumptions built into the plans. Why hire smart and talented people and then completely ignore them and shut them down? Top-down dictatorial culture pretending at empowerment and inclusion. Company has a split personality culture. How you like it depends on your job and the clique you're in. Business growth has stalled, and could go off a cliff.

Pros

They care about employees; Growing business; Nice people, nice work environment, decent pay. Celebration of successes; employee perks; nice culture;

Cons

Its like playing double dutch jump rope, you don't know when our how to jump in, but you're expected to do it and do it right. Fast moving; too much work for the resources. Care more about pushing something out the door and fixing it later.......rather than letting the customer wait for better quality. Lots of weekend work expected.

Pros

iPipeline is one of the only offices I have worked at that really promotes it’s employees, their wellness, and a sense of community. Not only does upper management reward employees for their successes and recognize the extra work put in, but also make their faces seen around the office. A sense of community is promoted throughout the office by bringing employees and executives together in more ways than just the office, such as company softball games, wellness fairs, cross fit classes after work, and competitions to win the company baseball tickets. Everyone is extremely friendly creating a warm and professional work environment. The recent move has provided a more aesthetically pleasing work environment, as the new office is beautiful. Also, for the past few years iPipeline has been consistently hiring creating jobs for many people living in the area. I think that this company has a lot to offer and I am excited to see where the future takes us.

Cons

Depending on your interests and the position you are hired for some of the work can be monotonous. Yet if you find the area of the company that interests you, this issue is easily fixed.
