Money was good, benefits were so-so, colleagues were cool people.

Cons

Stuck in a dead-end project with no input to the design, at least none that was taken seriously. Pushed out by folks who were protecting their own positions rather than working towards a better process and more performance-oriented design.

Felt like a person and not just a number, big fish in medium sized pond. Friendly atmosphere throughout the office.

Cons

Very little rooms for self improvement, pay minimal, and crowded work space. Also, lack of communication between management and developers.
