Filled with lying, deception, and negligence

Pros

Nobody cares about their work or their job so you have the freedom to do just about anything, or nothing like most people.

Cons

One of the worst "cultures" of a work environment I have ever been a part of. Upper management treated middle management like dirt, and in turn frontline employees were treated the worst. CEO lies about compensation to trap people into working here. Don't even bother factoring in the "bonus" as 90% of the time you will be placed in such a disorganized mess of a situation that your success will be based entirely on luck. The fact that it was filled with lying, deception, and negligence in the first week was enough of a sign for me to leave.

Pros

Can be very fun. Opportunities to make more money.

Cons

Strange work environment. If things start going bad (money wise) the owner will start to freak out, and treat everyone very poorly. I would highly consider working here.

Thank you for your comments. As a small company we do have to pay close attention to our bottom line. When our clients cancel due to lack of support this will affect the us significantly. Thank you again for providing your feedback.

Pros

I live in the Philippines and prior to joining iPreCheck, I was a freelance programmer earning $2-$5 an hour and the work was not steady. I have since joined the iPreCheck Team and was given the opportunity of a lifetime. Not only am I treated with the utmost respect, I am compensated according to U.S. pay standards. For me this is so important as I have been able to become a home owner and I am building a family. I have been part of the team for 4 years now, so job stability is very evident. I would not be where I am now if not for iPreCheck.

Cons

As a startup - always turn a negative situation into a positive situation.
